Designed whilst working at Michaelis Boyd, the project consisted of the conversion of a locally listed Victorian property into a modern family home in Highgate, London. The brief was to bring the property back to life and create a fitting home for a highly sociable and growing family. 

 

The reconfigured House on the Corner now comprises of a basement space with a wine store and utility, ground floor with a rear extension, new central staircase and a new mansard. In a subtle amalgam of traditional and contemporary detailing, original parts of the home were uncovered and retained, and new features installed, including bespoke joinery and storage solutions.
